The location was very convenient and close to the Expo. The food variety need to be improved however the dining place is nice and the staff at the dining hall are nice. I like the facility. A good value for the money
I am IHG member but the guy at the reception said he can not add the point to my membership because I made the reservation through Booking.com which was not reasonable for me and he said we can not give you any privileges of the membership because of that. Booking should do something about that with these properties. The amenities in the room is very humble and should be improved. The reception guy send me some sweet to the room as a (IHG Member !!) and I told them I don't eat sweet but no one care and the sweet was left in the room till I left. In low season the hotel should exceed the expectation of the guests so they come again. They need to facilitate the IHG members no mater how they make the reservation otherwise there is no point of the membership. I staid in other IHG hotels and they never said that I can not get the privileges because I reserve through Booking.com

The Staff were very helpful and attentive, we had access to the executive lounge which served beverages and light snacks between 5-7 pm. This was heavy enough to skip dinner.
The pool was under maintenance throughout our stay and we were offered to use they sister hotel and its pool. they provided a bus as well however we did not use this service. Was disappointing for the kids as they were looking forward to using the pool.

Friendly and helpful staff. Food quality and selection were excellent. The room was very comfortable, large and cosy..
The pool area is very poor for a 5-star hotel. There is no possibility of sunbathing. It's almost covered by rooftop and so you won't be able to enjoy the sun. That's a shame when everything else is top quality.

Location is excellent, close to malls, restaurants and corniche. Loveley room with interesting views from the full-length windows. Parking is convenient and secure. Reception Staff Punit and Avazbek were very welcoming and helpful throughout. Sandip and the other housekeeping staff made sure I had everything I needed.
Some of the room service orders were not accurate, although the food was good.
