Wonderful
Beautiful high-floor room with stunning city views, spacious layout, very comfortable bed, and elegant design. The room was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The location in West Bay was excellent and convenient for exploring Doha. What made the stay special was the amazing staff, friendly, professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Specially Kharl & Christina
Honestly, very little to dislike. The stay was enjoyable overall. If anything, breakfast variety could be slightly improved, but everything else was excellent.

Room was spacious, staff were very friendly, breakfast was amazing and diverse you'll find anything you are looking for in breakfast.
Pool is the bad side in this hotel, very small and you cannot consider it as outside pool, plus the water temperature was crazy cold. No sidebar or coffee or staff available at pool side. Overall, not recommended for people who looking to enjoy their day at pool side. No Spa. Also, some amenities were messing from bathroom. And it smelled like cigarettes which was weird. And the outside windows needed some cleaning tbh.

Massive rooms and huge windows with a nice view of West bay. good amenities for the price.
The room was so clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast selection was great and room service was amazing as well. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating . Definitely coming back to this hotel on my next trip to Doha

I liked the location of the hotel
I did not like how the staff greeted me upon arrival after my long 13h flight I just needed to sit and rest. They would not let me go up to my room because apparently they don’t take payments online through booking.com didn’t offer me water or anything. They kept telling I should go find ATM but won’t process the payment I did online. Staff were rude and not nice at all. I would not recommend it go find a nicer place with staff that respects their visitors

Very comfortable, nicely furnished and clean room. Good amenities and housekeeping was really great about replenishing consumed coffee and tea each day, which is not always the case elsewhere. Staff were friendly. The variety at breakfast was more than sufficient and quality was good. It was great value for money. I’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels and many were over the top at much higher prices. Frankly, I prefer a less flashy hotel with great, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and most importantly, reliable fast WiFi. I found these at Best Plaza West Bay Hotel. I will be coming back.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Naomi for her exceptional hospitality, kindness, and cooperation. She truly went above and beyond to assist us.
I wished to extend my stay, but the rates were slightly high. Still, I would like to book two nights on the 4th and 5th and would appreciate any special rate if possible. I always recommend your excellent hotel and wonderful team to others.

Location , close to DCC, and City Plazza . Nearby a lots of shops and restaurants.
Spectacular view from 34rd floor. King room has a lot of space , much larger than regular king room. All staff very helpful , friendly and willing to make clients happy. Free parking at the hotel.
Breakfast can be improve, also some of the furniture.
