Courteous and helpful staff esp Raja and Lorena. Clean and spacious room. Accessible location.
Hoping they could provide basic kitchen/ette facilities and condiments.

Staff was friendly, room was spacious and was what we expected.
Restaurant/ Room Service. Since breakfast, lunch and dinner was not included in the package, I expected more variety on the restaurant/room service menu. Will also suggest a water cooler for the swimming pool since it is very hot and humid in Qatar. Water was never cool or cold.

The location was awesome. City view, yet not on a busy road . Prayer calls were awesome to hear . Very clean & welcoming
the shower goes from scorching hot to cold. I had to keep stepping in & out of the stream . Not a major issue but annoying when trying to wine down.

We had a warm welcome from the 24 hour desk and a fuss free check-in. Our room was large, comfortable and very quiet.
Breakfast was good and was served in a room with panoramic views.
The pool was out of action due to renovation. Despite our booking only representing a stopover the hotel took the trouble to email us in advance reassuring us that we could readily cancel our booking if this was in any way an issue for us.
Hotel is in easy walking distance of the National Museum, Islamic Art Museum, and the Corniche. This made for a great day out prior to our evening flight.

The room was very spacious, nice bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and organised a wake up call and a hotel transport to the airport. They have two restaurants in the hotel, one of which was closed. I dined at the restaurant on the 10th floor and was happy both with food and service.
A mosque is located right next to the hotel and you can clearly hear the call to start the service and the singing. At 5am it may not be very good for some guests. I had to get up really early, so it didn't bother me.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. The check in experience was welcoming. The bed was comfortable. The view was okay.
The bathroom was not clean: there was hair in the sink and bath tub, and the toilet was not especially clean. However the staff promptly came to clean up. Also the corridors leading to the room could use more care.
The area in which the hotel is located is not the prettiest in Doha, but it is clise to the airport and to the old market.

Staff were amazing very friendly and happy to go the extra mile for any request. Rooms are very clean and comfortable with heavy curtains which would make it a great transit hotel once the works outside have finished. Hotel transfer was also brilliant with very friendly driver. We ended up getting room service over having the hotel breakfast, food was very good and decent serves. Although we would have loved to sit in the roof top restaurant as the view was amazing.
Works happening outside the hotel, so a bit noisy and hectic but this of course is not the fault of the hotel. Fairly close to the airport but a bit out of the city. Breakfast was over priced

The staff were amazing and very helpful, the pool and gym facilities are good. Food is very nice and very reasonably priced.
Internal sound proofing wasnt great so you could hear the people next door pretty clearly. There were building works going on across the road which was also going on at all hours and made it difficult to sleep. There is also a mosque directly outside which makes calls for prayer time which is very loud and would wake me up at 5am each morning.
