This was our first time staying at this hotel, and the experience was genuinely incredible. We booked a three-bedroom apartment which was spacious, cosy, and very well equipped with all the essentials for for a comfortable stay. It was perfect for family. The location was another big plus, as it’s close to most of Doha’s main attractions, which made getting around easy and convenient. On top of that, the staff were friendly, cooperative, and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation, especially for family travellers looking for space, comfort, and a great location.

I booked a classic room to celebrate my birthday for some me time and the nice lady upgraded my room to the junior suite. It was such a nice gesture to make my day feel extra special. The hotel looks luxurious, visually appealing, clean and staff are all nice. The room they gave me was very spacious, clean, bed comfortable and loved the big bathroom with bathtub. The hotel had a lot of restaurants to choose from. We chose the Asian Restaurant and the serving was a lot for an affordable price. There was also a gym and pool. Pool is smaller compared to some hotels but not an issue for me, still enjoyed it.

The staff are friendly and helpful, view from the room is very nice, the parking on the premises is easy to access. Lobby is very nice.

We have 5 bookings for 9 nights , 1 three bedroom apartment and 4 king rooms , There was a delay at check-in, and the apartment was very poorly cleaned. The rooms and floors were full of hair, the bathrooms were below minimum hygiene standards, and even the cups had visible coffee stains.Bathroom had “pee”. Despite fully prepaying, we were wrongly charged extra at check-in and again for two additional nights during our stay, which was frustrating and unacceptable. The apartment lacked basic amenities: limited electrical outlets, only 2 telephones in a three-bedroom apartment, no bidet spray in the main bathroom, and just one hair dryer and iron. The furniture was in disastrous condition, far below Qatar standards and not reflective of a 5-star property. Breakfast had an unpleasant smell, the TV was outdated, and the rooms were very dark. Although we requested a 3:00 PM late checkout, the keys were locked at 12:00 PM without notice. We also spent 1.5 hours with the manager, Mr. Ali, discussing billing errors and complaints. The only compensation offered was USD 300 in laundry, which was completely inadequate given the experience. This stay was stressful and far below expectations. I would not recommend Intercontinental chain to anyone.
