Exceptional and wonderful hospitality of staff. Great room. Was great price, wish it is always like that. I could not stay for breakfast because of my flight schedule. The flexibility for early check in was wonderful and always welcome.

WE STAYED IN THE HOTEL FOR 8 DAYS AND WHAT I LIKE ABOUT THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND STAFF ARE QUICK TO ACCOMODATE WHAT WE NEED FOR ROOM SERVICES, LOCATION WISE WAS EXCELLENT IT WAS VERY ACCESSIBLE, TO ALL SHOPS WHICH IS JUST A FEW WALKS AROUND TO SOUQ WAQIF AND CORNICHE, ESPECIALLY THE RESTAURANT STAFFS THEY WERE ALL VERY ACCOMODATING, FRIENDLY, VERY POLITE.
KITCHEN UTENSILS, LADDLES, PLATES, AND GLASS SHOULD BE COMPLETED SINCE WE STAYED FOR 8 DAYS AND WE ARE ALSO COOKING, GLASS HAS CHIPPED, NO OVEN TOASTER, NO BIDET ON THE MASTERS BATHROOM. BREAKFAST MENU SHOULD HAVE OTHER OPTIONS WHERE WE CAN CHOOSE, PLEASE ADD EUROPEAN BREAKFAST ON YOUR MENU LIST.
I HOPE THESE THINGS WILL BE IMPROVED.

The ease and speed of check in. The location is convient for any Uber and there is a small store across the street for purchasing some items.
There was no toilet paper in the wash closet. There is no reason to not keep that in the room as they are not items that expire. Also, the room smelled a bit stale but was ok once the a/c was run for awhile. I would suggest turning that and the water heater on the day of the proposed check in so that the guest has hot water immediately and the rooom doesn't smell.

The staff were very accommodating to our needs.
Place was clean.
The bed was very comfortable.
The design of the small bathroom is not comfortable because of the door’s placement.
Some places in the ceiling were affected by humidity so it seemed a bit moldy

All great and awesome. Although I did not realise that I had to include breakfast in my booking the second time I stayed. The first time was no problem, as it appeared to be included by default. I believe I over-looked the requirement the second time. No matter it still was great.
Nothing really. Small matter of towels are rather dated, and could do with replacement.. Nonetheless they were fresh and clean. By the way, while I did book from Ghana, I am from Australia.

Your staff solved any issues quickly and professionally.
I was upset that room was not as clean. We found dirt near the TV in the bedroom, the floor and we had to have them change the lamp shades which was done very quickly.
