Basement Parking spaces are very limited (15max), over the weekend it’s very difficult to find parking.
The hotel is in the centre of a busy and crowded area where most of the occupants in the area are single males.

They’re hands on everything your requesting some kitchen equipment.
They’re asking the deposit amount 200 QR yet they didn’t return the money. Then they have papers beside of the table of receptionist there’s no written policies that it’s not refundable.

Our stay was smooth and pleasant, thanks to the outstanding staff. Tristan at the front desk was professional and welcoming. The bellboy kindly handled our many suitcases, and the restaurant staff provided attentive service during breakfast. Their hospitality made our experience truly comfortable and memorable.

The breakfast wasn't a buffet as expected but it was the only decent part of the stay.
The quality of the room, the furniture and everything was well below the quality expectations for a four star hotel. Can not recommend this quality for any family looking for a decent get away. There were several rooms in our level that had awfully loud music playing all night. The air-conditioning was not working well and kept us up all night. We ended up leaving early because of the disappointment unfortunately. Even the pools didn't offer towels!!!
