We might thinking why we need to pay again for 200 qr for additional people we take the room for party room and they not adding chairs!! We need to pay 1 chair for 10 qr it to much.. And we did not sleep over also there I just celebrated my birthday on that day.. And this hotel is not recommended!!

Disappointing
I didn’t find any reason to feel good about this apartment except nearby Mosque.
I experienced several issues during my stay. It was difficult to find parking, and within the first minute of entering the room, I discovered that the toilet was clogged. Additionally, there was no stove provided, and the following day, a fly entering the room.

For just asuggestio.they need to prepare the toiletries prior to the guest arrival coz in our experience we stayed in familt 3 bhk apartment we dnt have towels slippers we request how many times but its been long time to give and

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel no one disturb us and also thanks to housekeeping staff very attentive.
First of all upon check in they as for security deposit for 300 but on the website it says only 200, but its okay the thing is we didn’t know that theres a “extra guest charge” for 200 riyals i dont even have much visitor less than 7 pax only. They should write on the website about this charge.

they gave me an early check in which i am thankful for
however, I mentioned that we are 3 persons. one room is fit for 2 and the sofa bed was supposed to be for the third person but the sofa unfortunately was too small that she couldn't lie down on. moreover, the parking is tooooooo Narrow.

no parking space (despite that the reservation mentions a dedicated free parking. instead of providing a parking slot, the employee request us to parking in the middle of the road or on the pavement), employee attitude.
