Our stay at the hotel was truly excellent. The management showed great attention to detail from even before our arrival until the moment we checked out. The location is perfect, directly connected to the mall. The staff provided wonderful service, and the hotel facilities were outstanding. If I return to Doha, I will most likely choose to stay here again.
The stay was great overall. My only suggestion is to add a bit more lighting in the room — it would make the stay even better.

From the very start at check in the staff were so professional and welcoming. We loved everything about our experience and stay! We especially loved the lounge access where we could opt to have breakfast there or the main restaurant, afternoon tea and evening snacks. It was a really wonderful experience and we will definitely be back.

I’d like to thank the entire Rotana team—from security to reception.
Everything was great! Exceptional room service, excellent customer care, and clean, spacious rooms with very comfortable beds.
The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of delicious options to choose from.
The hotel’s location is perfect, with direct access to the mall.
My kids especially loved the swimming pools!
We’ll definitely be back again for sure.

Easy mall access and strategic location in West Bay. The Caramel Lounge, with Kim being the most professional, helpful out of all staff.
We booked our stay for 6 nights, including breakfast. For 3 days we were unable to find a table in the restaurant to get our breakfast because it was full, and overbooked. We got absolutely no compensation even though we paid for breakfast with our stay, no apologies, no professional approach to make it up to us. When we complained about it to the staff on the reception we were received with a rude tone and no understanding of the matter. All our complains to Olive Oil restaurant were simply ignored and got no response at all. Upon checkout we were charged the full amount despite their error and unprofessionalism. This is the last time we book at this property! Extremely unprofessional and zero customer service.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It’s clean and the room is good size. The bed is comfortable and the shower is strong.
Room temperature is controllable. Overall I enjoyed the stay and will be back.
