During my stay, I experienced a minor medical emergency, and I can't express how grateful I am for the way the staff handled the situation. They responded promptly, with empathy and efficiency, making sure I was okay and had everything I needed. Our stay at this hotel was truly beyond our expectations. Everything from the cleanliness of the rooms to the overall atmosphere of the place was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable, and every detail reflected genuine care and professionalism. I would especially like to mention "Plum", the guest relation officer, who made a remarkable difference during our stay. She was exceptionally friendly, always helpful, and carried a warm smile that instantly made us feel welcome. Her dedication and positive attitude created such a comfortable and pleasant experience for us. It’s rare to meet someone who combines professionalism with such genuine kindness. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for both comfort and outstanding service.

there are variety of choices for breakfast

Firstly they don't encourage using any 3 Party booking platforms. Like I booked through booking.com and bluntly refused to credit my marriot bonvoy points. The rooms were clean but very average and would be 3/5 in terms of value for money. Requested for some maintenance which was never done. The breakfast was an average spread, the coffee was horrible and offerings were very minimal. The staff (Louisa) was very courteous and nice. Overall not a great experience Thanks
