Location outstanding and safe. Staff always nice here. Rooms clean done early am. Best laundry service of any hotel, ask for express hand it in the morning and by 2 or 3pm you will have it back. The laundry cleaning and pressing is excellent.
AC you either have it on full blast or you need to turn it off. Construction in front of the hotel annoying, they start just after 7am and the walkways outside the hotel are blocked. Breakfast is ok... Same selection every day. Coffee included with breakfast is not good but that is the same in 90% of all hotels. WiFi in the room I was in this trip was "not the best".

The hotel was simply amazing. It was clean, comfortable, the rooftop with the bar and swimming pool was spectacular. The staff was one of the kindest, escpacially Rogelio! The breakfast was 10/10, and in general this hotel is a really good price fo value. The location is also nice, it’s a nice, green, peaceful neighborhood right beside a shopping mall.

This was not a pleasant stay. When I checked in early in the morning, the reception insisted on charging a full day’s rate of approximately $170. Although we were tired, we decided to check the hotel’s rate online, which turned out to be much lower. When we questioned the calculation, the receptionist responded with a poor attitude, stating that check-ins before 9 a.m. are charged at the full rate, while those between 9-11 a.m. are half-price. I’ve never encountered such a policy before. Very disappointing experience.
They do not have kettle and napkins.

The extension was not working (fixed promptly upon request). There was an ar conditioning device very noisy.
