Very quiet apartment, spacious and close to a very good supermarket. In a quiet neighborhood. Friendly staff.
The kitchen utensils were dirty when we arrived (the coffee maker still had coffee in it, with mould). Other than that the apartment was clean. Note that the kitchen only has a small portable electric stove (not a bad thing in itself but not sufficient if you plan to cook a lot whilst staying there)

The personal was very kind. The area is safe and quiet. The pool and garden is beautiful and the apartment have enough space to relax. It's one if the best apartment in Asunción. Really a good Joyce. Wolfgang with his family and dog from Austria ??️

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The bed in the bedroom was too hard for me to sleep. I awoke in pain from the bed at 3:30am and because my children were sleeping on beds in the living room I had to go out to my van for hours.

Location is not bad but is in a neighbourhood where having a car is required to go to grocery store, bakery, etc. Staff are fantastic and really care about ensuring guests are having a great experience. Planning to stay again very soon.
WiFi Internet was a little flakey...worked most of the time but just needs an engineer to give it a checkup to ensure coverage and connections are all proper.
