The apartment was quite comfortable. I like the fact that there was a lot of light and the space was not cluttered. I also like the fact that they clean every two days.
A couple more dishes, bowls, even containers that you can put food away. The kitchen could use a little bit more kitchenware, especially for people who like to cook and not eat out all the time.

There is everything you need for life.
-Cleaning 3 times a week.
-Washing machine and dryer are available in the apartments building, it is convenient that you can choose the time and you will be given the key to the laundry room.
-The staff is wonderful, always friendly and happy to help.
-The internet is fast.
It would be nice to refresh the paint on the walls, but it's not critical at all.

Nice spacious apartment with large windows and beautiful views over the city. Good beds.
We were in a corner of the building in room 304 where outside our door was a constant loud noice of (aircondirioning?) machines. Quite annoying with aloi the refrigerator very loud. Really good place but make sure not to end up in that corner of the.building (I imagine room 304 also means 204, 404 and so on). Changing rooms was only possible after 3 days.

The check in was a bit of hassle. The room provided wasn't what was reserved but the receptionist, Torre, was great and managed to sort things out
WiFi didn't work. I had to use the wifi from a neighbouring room.
The air conditioning unit in the bedroom leaked water and I wasn't able to use it.

Nice staff, balcony means you don't have to go somewhere to smoke if you're a smoker, full sized kitchen but few utensils, good quality apartment, great location. Good quality for the price. Staff were very accommodating.
Few utensils in the kitchen. Doesn't matter if you eat out which is very affordable to do

We liked the location . It was close to the grocery store and mall. Easy to catch the bus to the center colonial city. I liked the gym and the receptionists were helpful.
I didn’t like the hotel communication. The pool was not functioning, infact they did not inform us that the entire hotel was under maintenance. the crew working during the day and stepping over construction material was not safe. If they told us ahead of time instead of the morning of our arrival. i would have booked another place with a pool as it was over 35 c the entire stay.
