The checking and the checkout times, are great!
The bedroom was nice.

The pool is really good, there is a good vibe there
The gym is ok too

Good personal, they were very kind.
There were no drinking water or glasses. The shower were slippery and there were no handrail.

Unfortunately I did not like anything about our stay . This is the first negative comment iv written in my life .
We checked in and were not registered in the bookings confirmation. They showed us 3 rooms before we actually got settled. 1 of the rooms had a broken water heater . They told me to shower in 1 room but sleep in another . Later that night they moved me to a room that was actually what I booked . On the way out of our stay They said we ordered room service we didn't order . After reviewing the cameras they offered to give back the amount they took . However we had already departed airport at the time they realized. Extremely unfortunate. We actually ended up late to our meetings specifically because of the delay of our entry with Alpes. Iv never written a bad review but this was an unacceptable stay. From start to finish .

For work is good, not so much traffic, it comes in handy when every day someone has to pick you up and drop you at the hotel. The breakfast is really great, full of options from coffee to fruits, sausages and scrambled eggs. I was there for three days and it was a good stay. As a bonus, five streets away to your right is a lovely shopping mall where you can eat and change money, among other many options.

Very easy place to stay at. It’s close to the airport, everything works, it’s nice and the breakfast is good.
Some of the guests there were loud at night, but the hotel had signs and was trying to quiet them

Location is great, close to paseo la galería and shopping del sol, 10 min driving, is easy to take Uber or bolt in this location.
I didn’t like the gym, the trademill doesn’t work, just few weights
