Everything was clean, updated, and in good working order.
The staff was amazing—very attentive and kind.
The breakfast is sumptuous and the restaurant for the evening meal was outstanding. They also feature a very talented harpist, which added to the elegant atmosphere.
It was also located across from a large, modern shopping center and near many good restaurants.

This is the best place to stay while in Asuncion. The staff is amazing and they go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Location is super safe, fun, close to everything. The rooms are perfect!

Location was convenient across from mall with variety of dining options. Room and bed were comfortable. Reception staff, door men and wait staff were excellent. Rooftop pool area was nice, but we didn’t use it.
Breakfast was good but display of available hot egg options was not obvious. We only discovered on the last day that we could order hot egg dishes, like omelettes and eggs Benedict. Please put these signs in more prominent places or on every table, or ensure wait staff informs customers. Shower in room 304 often left puddle of water by door.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located next to a shopping mall filled with a variety of restaurants and shops. Despite being in the bustling city of Asunción, the hotel feels like a serene oasis where you can truly unwind. The staff were consistently kind and courteous, maintaining a perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism. The breakfast was a particular highlight, offering a wide array of both savoury and sweet options to suit every taste. Overall, a highly recommended stay for anyone visiting the area.

Staff was fabulous. Right across from a mall. Good tours. Safe area. Restaurant was careful about my gluten free dietary needs. Paraguay is pretty easy to be gluten free in. You can often say "gluten free" in restaurants or you can say "sin gluten," meaning "without gluten."
I had a problem with my mattress at first, but they flipped it and it everything was fine. I needed to book the local tours for 2 people / pay for 2 people, though there was only 1 of me. But that's the tour company, not the hotel. And the tours were good.
