Exceptional
Affordable and lovely ambience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Some spoke English (our Spanish was very poor). We were in Asuncion for family reasons. Coming back to the hotel every day provided us with much needed respite. A more pleasant ambience than a big city hotel. The conservatory style restaurant with green outlook cleverly screened us from the busy road. We ate at the restaurant every night and didn't tire of the varied range of dishes on the menu.
The breakfast had a good range. Not a lot of hot options but that was not a concern for us. Plenty of fruit and cereals, grains and nuts, yogurt etc A choice of four fresh juices and pastries. Breakfast was very relaxed. I enjoyed a swim in the pool.
There is a large supermarket opposite, up the road a bit. And further on is the shopping centre Mariscal behind the Villa Mora shopping mall which has coffee/eateries. We used Bolt rather than Uber to get around. They came promptly although not always a driver available. Better vehicles than the taxis. Very affordable (for foreigners).
Very minor; the teabags and milk packets were not always replenished. UHT milk would have been preferable to powdered milk. Limited availability of salads/vegetable side dishes on dinner menu.

The staff was really great! The environment in the hotel is really great and hotel is really beautiful! Besides that the hotel stays in a amazing area that is close to everything, so you can enjoy the best of Asuncion!
The cleaness could be better.
Besides that, insides the room could have more things to clean the stuff (cups, plates, etc)

The breakfast and the place where very nice
That we got bitten by bed bugs and the sheets had dirty hair in one of the rooms. The staff that we got was also very rude.

The location is excellent, not only the area, five blocks from the shopping malls but 10 meters from the bus stop for many bus lines incluiding the one going and coming from the airport. The hotels offers suites with kitchenette, lounge area and a bedroom. The bed was a superking, 2meters wide or more. Nice complimentary tea and coffee, our suite was really comfortable, good wifi.. the heating/air conditioning was very good.
They did not give as an early check in although there was rooms available and we were staying four nights. No courtesy umbrellas.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the restaurant. The bed was very comfortable and there was a lot of space in the apartment.
Good location, with many cafes and restaurants options around.
The Wi-Fi only worked in the living room, not in the bedroom.

Location and breakfast were very good. I would have coffee ready for self serve versus having to wait a waiter bring it to you.
Two nights in a row the air conditioning wasn't working in the early morning hours.

The service was above and beyond. For example, I called room service, but got no answer. So, I called the front desk to see what was up and within 2 minutes there was a knock on my door. The front desk clerk and the maitre d both showed up and took my order personally. Now that is the definition of service.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! My family had one of those trips where small things go wrong that can be very stressful, but the staff was so kind. Our car battery died but they went out of their way to help jump the car, and they made sure my son retrieved his favorite pillow (which he had forgotten). The campus is beautiful too! It was a real surprise. It felt like a hidden garden paradise, but we could walk only 3 blocks to Mcal Lopez shopping! The suites are very spacious and comfortable too, a much better option than a traditional hotel room. The pool is much larger than most in Asuncion and very clean.
It exceeded expectations for the price.

Staff members were all very friendly. Mariluz was exceptionally helpful for all questions regarding what to do and where to go. She was also patient in receiving the payment details. The hotel had a warm atmosphere and was surrounded by abundant foliage to give the impression of being in a jungle. I will hope to return soon...many thanks
