Wonderful
The location near downtown was Ok. The room was good sized comfortable but had terrible pillows. Ceiling looked like it was about to fall down in the bathroom.

I liked how I could pay after checking out for my stay. And at least one receptionist could speak English, even though it's my responsibility to know Spanish which is the Native language there. That was nice.
The swimming pool wasn't heated. No recommended tours or things to do brochures was available at the lobby or receptionist counter.

The staff treated me excellently. The location is good. The room was very spacious.
They took the money early from my Visa Card, and it took a while before I got my money back. I killed 3 cockroaches.

Great rooftop pool to enjoy the skyline.
The hotel room was large and the bed comfortable.
The hot water wasn’t working so showers were brisk.

The lobby was quite nice
We didn't have toilet paper or soap in the restroom. When we asked for someone to bring some up, the concierge said he was alone so we had to go to the lobby if we wanted anything (mind you we were on the 16th floor and the elevator was extremely slow). The facilities were very outdated to the point were I ended up with 2 door knobs in my hand when closing doors.

Nice hotel conveniently located in the historic centre of the city. Great breakfast option, internet works, hot water, all just fine. Hotel garden, Value for money is great
Carpets in the room need change or better to replace for a hard flooring to avoid stains residue.

Poor wifi connection, charges more for paying with card, had cold water and couldn't do nothing, couldn't use the pool. Not worth for the money, definetly can find much better hotels/hostels

Friendly staff and a big room.
The rooftop was pretty abandoned, pool dirty and furniture missing cushions - not somewhere to hang out. Our first room was mouldy on one wall but we were moved after we mentioned it. Location isn't great at night.

Great location, everything in walking distance. Nice breakfast. Easy checkin and out. Althoug I speak no spanish communicationnwas good. The receptionist helped me getnan uber to cross the border with Argentina.

The view.
The attention was horrible, the staff is in bad humor and didn't help, the wifi didn't work properly, the air-conditioning was broken spiting ice and doing loud sounds and no one fixed or change our room they only said "just reset it and will work", they enter our room without our permission and move personal belongings, little money also stolen.
