Need to do many stairs to go room & Hard to communication for no one can speak English. Like Gorge new staff who only possible to communicate!

I booked the room for this hotel and sent a note that I would be arriving after 6:00 am. I arrived via airplane at the airport in Asuncion. The young lady at the front desk wouldn't let me check in although I had a confirmed reservation. I had a place to stay for that evening but I needed a place to sleep for a few hours till my week-long rental was ready.

The hotel is well located. I appreciated the 24 hour desk. Showers were hot. Wifi was “just ok”. There was a power outage that was resolved very quickly. The staff were helpful as needed.

Disappointing
nothing… they switched my room to a twin bedroom, I told them that I had a full bed and then they blamed me for the problem. They told me also that is because I scheduled in Booking.
I was there at 6:30am for breakfast (the time they’ve told me) and there was no food and they were preparing some food but none of the employees said nothing about it.

Horrible place AC doesn’t work and staff was horrible , for a small confusion had the police called and threaten me and my fiancé , just overall would not recommend this place at all .

The hotel was value for money; the location is decent, and many restaurants are nearby, around a 30-minute taxi ride from the airport, within walking distance to the river path. The area is a little run-down but it is safe and easy to get cabs via the hailing app
It was nothing major, but I did struggle with some communication as my Spanish was not good, and the staff did not speak good English, but this was mentioned on the listing so I knew about this
