Extremely friendly staff. Probably the friendliest receptionist I've ever met.
Great pool. Nice breakfast. Safe location.
I don't think the room was fully cleaned when I came in, the shampoo was not refilled. But I think it was an honest oversight. Also, they tried to charge me for one water from the minibar, which I did not drink, but I also think it was related to the oversight of an incomplete cleaning before I moved in. In general, it's not too bad, it's still a great hotel.

Amazing staff, very spacious rooms, nicr showers, convenient location and good wifi.
There is sadly an ant problem in the rooms. They are tiny and cute but tickled at night.

It's a great hotel, well-placed, quiet and nice, with a pool. Everything was fine, except...
I saw a lot of dead cucarachas that could mean someone getting rid of them and poisoning them. This could be dangerous with weak air ventilation

staff were helpful upon late checkin.
it was not super clean. Our room had hundreds of ants, that were appearing out of no where. we tried spraying our insect spray but still loads. even in the bed. therefore I couldn’t sleep well. we made sure there was no food in the room but still loads of ants?!
