The staff treated us wonderfully. The breakfast was delicious. The pool was also very nice and pleasant.
On the way to the car parks, there was a smell of sewage. I think there was a broken pipe or the ventilation wasn't working. The smell was very strong.
The bed in the room was very old (the mattress), so it wasn't comfortable. For that price, they should at least replace the mattresses.

Room is spacious and the breakfast is good!
First, the hotel use strong perfume like chemical to wash the bedsheets and towels which makes us very uncomfortable and allergic to the smell! Second, the hotel staff does not speak much English so it’s hard to communicate with them. We had a problem with their use exchange rates to charge our hotel bill which resulted in an over charged to our hotel bill.

Wonderful
Great location in the historic city center, very walkable to nearby tourist spots and restaurants, nice clean rooms and good breakfast. The rooftop pool was an excellent place to relax on hot afternoons.

Service was good, location in downtown was perfect. Nice overall.
Rooms had older carpet. If you're going to have carpet, replace it more frequently like Hilton. Otherwise go with solid surface

the staff were very helpful both answering questions before we arrived and once we were there. it's very well located for the old town sights, the food in the restaurant was surprisingly nice for a hotel and the bar was nice. the pool area was useful too as it was very hot when we were there.
