Exceptional
A great place to stay with 24hour front desk with helpful staff but it's not intrusive. Really comfy bed, good shower, bright room that was warm enough at night, places to sit downstairs as well. Down the street is all the shops and places to eat so a good location.
It's not the hotel's fault but the adapters I bought to convert uk plugs only fit in some of the sockets. It needs a new socket for a new plug and they do have some in the room, plus some sockets with very slightly smaller holes the adapters look like they should fit but don't.

I liked the cleaning, breakfast, customer service, especially the lady, I believe her name was Rosio and the other younger gentleman whose were very nice, friendly, kind, always try to help, make customers happy. Even they checked me earlier than scheduled
Help desk were excellent except one kind of old man who was 6-10PM on 6Nov25 was extremely rude . He was lazy always to open and close main door to go customers in and out. I know it’s for customers safety to lock and unlock from desk person but why he get mad when I tell him I am going out and please open the door. I was greeting him always he never replied back to my greeting, his face shows angry all the time. Maybe he hates foreigners, dislike a person, who knows what is in his mind?

Wonderful
At first you wonder about the street you re walking on to go to the hotel but it’s all right. Asuncion is a mess, so we don’t have to worry about it. The neighborhood is safe. It s downtown and we can walk easily everywhere

The staff is very helpful
The room set up was odd. They had a problem with the water and we therefore had to leave. The hotel set up is a bit inconvenient, with a long "open" staircase and people sitting underneath, in the lobby. Breakfast needs improvement. There was only two types of sliced bread, no rolls. No butter only margarine. No dilce de leche, only jam. When I asked they made no effort to accomodate us. I asked for a nail salon and the staff sent me to an overpriced place.

The staff are very nice and helpful. It was clean and quiet and close to transportation and a historic area. The breakfast was good as was the Wi-Fi.
The hot water in the shower would die out after a few minutes and there were very few TV channels.

Front desk staff Alex is wonderful. Hotel is owned by the same owner who also owns Hotel Presidente. Very professional. They take care of their guests. Highly recommend!

I embraced their gossiping lies and judgements
Their pathetic judgements and kicking me out fir helping a homeless person who had serious infections on their kegs. They told me to NEVER help the homeless on the streets! Pathetic! ?

The rooms are nice and spacious, the breakfast was good, the staff were very friendly and helpful, there is complimentary tea and cold water available all day. Paying with an international credit card was possible.
The property is located relatively close to the center. Late check in was possible and they even held our bags after check out.

Breakfast was the perfect spread and fresh with the staff very attentive and delicious fresh eggs every morning! The staff was so friendly and gave great recommendations for everything I needed. The property is very safe with 24hr receptions and surveillance and it was an extremely peaceful stay.
The stay was pretty perfect for what I was looking for. I had really just wanted a quite place to be alone and recharge and this small hotel with perfect walking distance to the plazas was exactly what I needed!

the hotel is in an historical refurbished building and the rooms are small but modern with much-needed air conditioning and Wi-Fi and assorted amenities. The staff spoke little to no English which made communication difficult. The 'American breakfast' was meagre and did not correspond to the description.

Wonderful
Reina provides a wonderful breakfast complete witb eggs if desiref cooked however you want them. The fresh cut fruit is heavenly. The table presentation would be the envy of .most 4 star hotels. The other staff are helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back.
