clean room, good wifi, nice amenities (cafe, gym on site, 24-hour desk), pretty good breakfast, friendly staff.
bed wasn’t super comfortable. they say they have free parking but only have about five spots, so if you don’t get there early you’ll be driving around looking for street parking. also, this isn’t the hotel’s fault, but there’s a big construction project going on right next door so it’s noisy during the day.

Great staff - very polite and accommodating. Stylish and relatively new hotel with good breakfast. Lots nearby / convenient location. We had to check in well after midnight due to flights and the front desk staff were there (seems like it's staffed 24/7). Picked up dinner a few times from the restaurant and the sandwiches were really good. Would stay again.
We had a room with a kitchen and the set up of that was a bit strange. There were pans but no plates or cups. We didn't end up using so didn't really impact our stay.

Since I visited in Paraguay, I left my phone number only in Hotel reception desk and my colleague too. Unfortunately, at midnight at 1, 2,3 am and in the early morning at 4, 5 am somebody gave me call to my phone number from random numbers, and my mentor who helped me during my stay she told me that someone tries to hack you. It was really inconvenient. I think they lost or their registration system hacked by somebody?

Nice, cool, comfortable and really helpful staff. Was a great stay.
The lobby bar had NYC pricing. $14 for an expresso without alcohol. Everything else was good.

The staff was friendly and they have a decent breakfast
Location is horrible. Extremely noisy at night and the restaurant that serves breakfast plays really loud music as from 6 am.
We did ask for a room change due to the noise but both rooms were really noisy.

Wonderful
The hotel was centrally located and an easy walk to tourist areas and restaurants. A very nice and relatively new hotel located in a semi-residential area a couple of blocks from a main road. I felt very safe in the neighborhood in the day and at night. I checked in early, 5am, and the hotel was able to accommodate me for the extra day.

The location is good, you have a jazz bar and a nice French bakery just next to the hotel
My room and a coworker’s room had a bad smell. A lot of noise from the back of the hotel where apparently there is a parking lot with food trucks playing loud music

Great location, excellent bedroom size!
Poor breakfast, few options and the food was cold.
The parking lot is extremely small and always full, you need to park in a private parking next to the hotel that charges you more than previously advertised.
