The room was spacious. The bed was fabulous. Breakfast was good
The staff. They made me late for two engagements
Which cost me money.. when it came to taxis, they dropped the ball. I asked one staff to book me a cab for a certain time the next morning. Instead he left a note for the morning person to do it and she did not do it. I am waiting in the lobby for my cab, and when it does not come on time I am told from staff that they did not order it yet. This made me late for my transportation so I had to pay for it again.

Their dollar rate is a a billion times higher than the market rate. I paid more than I had booked for bcos their rate is personal. The room had three small beds joined together. Terrible door. We heard someone try to open our door in the night with a key. Rooms are not safe cos of old, damaged doors

It was very cozy and pretty quiet, since it is located on a residential area, so no big noises around. It has plenty of services around the place, like a big pharmacy, restaurants, take-aways, ice cream parlor, etc.
The design of the bathroom. The toilet was very narrowed between the water bowl and the shower wall. Definitely uncomfortable for tiny and big people. Also there were no so much options for breakfast. It was decent, but not a continental option to be fair.

Nice and clean room.
Hotel closes at 11 PM. You cannot get in or out past that time. This fact MUST be noticed before reservations are made. I personally did not find out before.
Has no parking. Had to leave the car on the street?
