Room was spacious, clean, well appointed. Pool and cafeteria looked inviting, but I wasn't there long enough to enjoy them. The neighborhood was nice, and the hotel safe and inviting, not elaborate or pretentious. Bathroom was nice, with separate bidet and nice shower.
I found nothing to be critical of.

Well maintained property with huge sized rooms, with well equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, water boiler, and pots and pans). The room had two TVs one in the living room and one in the bedroom.
Location is in a nice neighborhood, but there weren’t any nearby supermarkets, nice restaurants and rows of shops. A bit too far for walking to the rows of shops and restaurants.

Apart hotel, big rooms with huge living room, private terrace with lounge sun tan chairs, kitchen with all appliances, two fridges in room, wardrobes, tv in bedroom + living room. Bedroom is separated by door, so you can sleep while somebody watches tv
Cleaning and fresh towels everyday. Free self service laundry! Big plus
Its away from hastle but in good neighborhood. Biggie is 5 wins walk away. Superseis 5 blocks away, aka 500 m.
Staff is attentive, freindly, welcoming. Breakfast is nice, fresh pastry, bread, chipa, coffee, omlette, eggs, yogurt, etc. The gentlemen working breakfast are joyful and friendly

Gym is super old and has resin smell from old mats on the floor. The equipemnt is super old and rusty. AC didnt work in gym
They have two blocks. Rooms in older block need renovation. Bathroom is so old it has faux leather toilet seat. Very unhygenic. Shower floor needs redo. Curtains are old and dusty. AC is noisy
Floor is swept, not washed, so don't walk barefoot in the room
Charged us 6k guaranies for 500 ml bottles of water they put in fridge. No price was indicated when we checked in or in the room

The staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast was delicious.
Our room didn't look like the pictures online. It was in the older part of the hotel. It was dark, the funiture was old and so were the rooms. The windows had no view. Instead we had to listen to the airconditioning units all night long so I did not sleep very well. Our friends had nicer rooms and paid less so the value for the money for us was bad.
