Spa and breakfast included, staff were friendly and helpful, there was a bus into town at certain times of the day and the location was quiet and felt safe
The room had been cleaned but the decor was tired so it didn't fell spotless. Especially in the bathroom and spa. It is a way out from town and the bus was great but if you wanted to go out in the evening you did have to get a taxi or walk along a long unlit road

Beautiful grounds, had a nice river view patio. The pool was very nice. Really good breakfast.
Room wasnt ready at check in- staff didnt alert us when it was ready. Very busy with older folks- sometimes felt like we were in a British nursing home. Shower wasnt great- a little mold. Not really walking distance from town.

A little remote from the town and a small thing I know but if there was tea and coffee making facilities in the room it would helped during our stay

I Loved being on the river near the inlet. Area is wonderful for bird watching and strolling the beach for shells. Boat over to the island is very convenient. Entire property was a gem to walk around. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the little terrace for watching the boats go by. The breakfast and dinner offerings were delicious and plentiful. All staff were friendly and helpful.
Only that we didn't stay longer.

Very relaxed, nice outdoor area, good breakfast. Easy access to the beach. Good area for walking.
Food in the evening was poor. Location was isolated - 4km from Tavira town - so it was not walkable in the evenings for dinner.

Very rustic and not a run of the mill hotel. Secluded and quiet. Food as expected, and not bad value for a quick bar snack.
Not quite the 4* feel- had to ask for more tea and coffee after it wasnt replaced, only a shower gel/shampoo mix provided, not individual options. Quite casual staff- quiet in the spa relax zone completely ignored as others were talking on the telephone.
