Clean, comfortable beds, properly well maintained
The couch was hard and uncomfortable. There were no pool towels. Travellers do not want to pack beach towels or buy them once here. When questioned why no towels we were told it’s the Portugal Way.

Wonderful
Excellent location close to all we needed. The staff was more then accommodating looking after all of our concerns
We were disappointed that there were no pool towels offered. I guess you bring your own. The hotel restaurant was very busy and was unable to accommodate use until after 9pm most evenings. Lunch was similar problems.

There was a concierge 24/7.
When I arrived at the property they stated that even though I paid 1200 us for the property ahead of time in full I could not stay with them unless I left a CASH deposit for my room because I was attending Afronation festival . I said I’m used to leaving my card for incidentals so that’s fine they said NO cash only you can use our ATM. Well there ATM that they profit from has a 30 percent conversion rate meaning if I ask for 70 EURo they were taking 100 us dollars!!!! It was outrageous. Mind you only the black customers had to pay. I stated why would I give you 1200 US and fly half way around the world to cause 150 euro of damage ? It makes zero sense but ok. I gave them my reserve cash rather than use there machine but I felt extremely extorted. On top of it all, the staff were condescending and rude. I will NEVER give a place my money again where they think they are “doing me a favor “ to let me stay. Stay in places that treat you with respect only

Very Good
The hotel was very fresh and clean, the pool area super nice and they had nice extra things included in the price (minigolf, pingpong, gym, tennis etc.). The hotel had a play room, mini mercado and a laundry room.
The dinner included in the half pension was not as good as we expected but still quite ok. We might go with only breakfast next time.

Very friendly staff. The location is very quiet. The pool area is very cool and you have everything inside, from a restaurant to a bar to a playroom, laundry room, etc.
Wifi is very, very poor. The bed is not comfortable. The restaurant took a long time to serve my meal, and some of the menu options seemed questionable. (Chips on 25-30€ meal are kind of disappointing.)

Travelled with my wife and 2 kids 1 and 5 year old. Superb spacious rooms with kitchen Good facilities and entertainment. Minimarket inside 3 swimming pools9 Excellent Daily housekeeping Excellent overall staff. Even though my 5 year old conversed with the receptionist for long time ,she entertained him with all the excitement. Overall in my opinion, it is the perfect destination for a family with kids
Breakfast was exactly the same for all the days with not much variety. While generally 4 star hotels have much more options in their breakfast menu.

Good breakfast, nice outside swimming pool, free parking, nice size of the apartment.
Inside swimming pool is tiny with very poor locker rooms/showers/bathrooms which are combined for men and women. Also, there is no direct connection with the apartments, so you need to go out and around the fence to get to your room, and that combined with sometimes cold wind is not so good combination. The beds were not so comfortable.

Spacious apartment, well equipped, comfortable in a good location for Portimao, Alvor and Lagos, and to explore the wider Algarve. Buffet breakfast was great, and there was a good range of facilities with pools, gym, mini golf etc
Bathroom needed an extractor fan. On-site shop was closed (it was February which is probably the reason).

The appartement was spacious and had everything you need.
You could hear the whole building when someone was opening a door or moving a chair. The bathroom did not have a ventilation system which was very annoying.

Very clean and tidy. Apartment good size. Everything you need for self catering. Indoor pool for kids to play out of season.
Kettle did not work and was not replaced.
