good location, decent amenities, gym could use some updating and new equipment.
the AC in the living area never worked, I called the front desk nearly every day and they kept telling me it was working when it wasnt. I was unable to use the living room area because it was so warm and maintenance did nothing while telling me that it was fixed (it wasnt). Management also refused to compensate me in any way for the inconvenience.

Disappointing
Pros:
Expert Marketing: The website and online photos are excellent. They do a fantastic job of selling the property and drawing you in; the hotel looks exactly as advertised in the pictures.
Room Size & Aesthetics: The rooms are genuinely huge, and the lobby is very pretty and well-designed.
Accurate Visuals: I will give credit that the physical space looks like the photos—the scale and the decor match what is shown online.
Atmosphere & Delivery: Despite the pretty pictures, the actual vibe is quite gloomy. The "outdoor-style" setup means you are constantly exposed to the elements and noise rather than feeling tucked away in a cozy room.
Poor Communication: The service is frustrating. No one ever answers the phone, requiring a trip down to the lobby 90% of the time just to get a simple question answered.
Functional Issues: Basic amenities are lacking. My electric kettle didn't work, and for such a large room, the TV is tiny (maybe 30 or 32 inches), which feels out of proportion.
Poor Layout & Noise: The bed is positioned to face the street. Because of the outdoor layout, you can hear everyone walking by and—even worse—smell cigarette smoke coming directly into your space.

The indoor pool was nice but you need to book it in order to use it and max is 1 hour per day.
First we went to a room which was very dirty to say the least. Then we upgraded to the premium rooms. They made us pay extra for it which is fine but then they said since my children were older than 2 they would charge me an extra 100€. This was the day after check in (they knew my 2 kids age the day before at check in and never mentioned any additional fees) and after we complained about the filthy room we were in. The premium rooms were nice and it had a sofa bed. When I asked the receptionist if I could have some sheets she said no we cannot use the sofa bed and only the bed which I thought that was ridiculous. Even the premium rooms aren’t the cleanest, bedroom is dark with bad lighting and no mini fridge. Needless to say I won’t be returning.

Apartment was really beautiful and comfortable. All the appliances were top quality and the decoration and furniture were really nice and cosy.
Staff was great and friendly. Great location.
We enjoyed the spa a lot and the gym

Beautiful view from a very large balcony.
2 reception ladies Kim and Tammy were lovely and helpful.
The Check in girl Inies was a jobs worth. Lazy always on phone chatting. Very ignorant. A jobs worth her attitude stunk. Put a downer on us every time saw on reception. On duty in the gym couldn’t be bothered to fill the water bottles twice. A most unpleasant person.
Apart from the cleaner Helia the cleaning staff were awful. Never swept or mopped. Ended up complaining about them. Supposed to meet the manager at 3pm he didn’t turn up supposedly in Lisbon. His little minion Gustavo was absolutely useless. Didn’t listen to what we told him.

Nice large apartments. View is was good. Outdoor pool was nice. Some of the staff were helpful. Good location in Portimao.
Gym was tiny, indoor pool was a bit of a let down. Check out was awkward, needed a room review before deposit was issued and took 3 days to be returned. Paid for a deluxe apartment with a double bed and had two singles pushed together with a large bump running through the middle (very uncomfortable). Contacted the property via phone and via booking.com and email several times with no response.

Kitchen could have been more equipped with utensils. Windows/walls didn't isolate much from surrounding noise, for couple of days ok though.

We stayed in a modern and spacious self-serviced apartment, with friendly and helpful front office and housekeeping staff. The outdoor pool and indoor gym were great amenities that perfectly suited our need for relaxing workouts. The large terrace overlooking the marina and Ferragudo town offered a peaceful and scenic spot to unwind. We also appreciated the touch of luxury with the Rituals toiletries provided.
The location was excellent—just a short walk to the beach, supermarket, and a good selection of restaurants.

A couple of minor downsides: the furniture felt a bit outdated, and the washing machine unfortunately had a leak. It also would have been nice to have a sun umbrella on the terrace for sun protection.

The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel's location near the beach was convenient.
The hotel room was not like the pictures. We had ants that infested the unit. I asked for the manager three times but the staff refused to let me speak to one. We had one hour per day to use the indoor pool and gym (which you must book ahead of time).
