Able to reach customer assistant and able to access apartment on late arrival.
Extra towels, toilet papers was available.
Mattress Confortable eunogh to rest durant sleep.
Door entrance didn't have security as door left unlocked.
Kitchen doesn't give eunogh conditions to cook a nice meal.
There is no air condition, iron or toiletries available.
Bath curtain was dirty and require replacement.
The balcony was dirty floor

Modern house with a kitchen (coffee maker, all necessary kitchen utensils, refrigerator, dishes), a hall with a dining table and TV, a separate bedroom and a bathroom. Very nice building with a pool outside. Very friendly and helpful staff, bright rooms. Super towels upgrade :)
Everything you need is guaranteed, we had a good stay! :)
On arrival the floor and the bathtub weren't very clean, which was noticeable, at night and in the morning it was sometimes noisy outside.

great, spacious studio, well equipped kitchen, clean rooms, fast internet connection (you can easily connect to videoconference/watch Netflix), great outdoor area with pool & shower and friendly staff at very affordable price; this place surprised me positively and would come again!
The location is the only small negative of this place - bit too far away to beach, good cafe, supermarket, it’s more conevient for those who have a car

Nothing , it smelled of vomit , it wasn’t cleaned . I told them on my way out just in case the flat smells of vomit I only stayed one night as we needed a place to sleep next day went back to our lovely hotel .
Everything about it , I mean everything , they upgraded the apartment as good will god knows why I bet it was guilt of treatment I was offered as welcome “ bem vindos “

The lady in reception was very nice, friendly and helpful. Nice kitchen with good facilities. Huge veranda surrounding the apartment. Decent size swimming pool.Good location.
The top of the bidet tap came off in your hand when opening the tap. The click clack valve in the wash basin did not work and was permanently open. The A/C in the lounge was really weak (had a blue filter clean light permanently on). The A/C in the bedroom was a bit better but also very inefficient.
The single bed was not very comfortable at all.
