Price is good for lonely person. It's close to all services. Its not big building. Balcony and shadow side in warm algarve. It's basicly very nice just to spend some time in hotel, And relax. Personel is very cosy people. It was my second time I visited and taxis are at close as I visit my family doctor in Portimao same time I relax few days in this hotel.
The Bread and Croissant could be better, but it's ok. I eat mostly full corn bread. But for price it's very Ok.

The location is very central so you can easily walk to many bars and restaurants. It’s also a 2 minute walk down to the beach.
Also has onsite parking if you are driving.
Breakfast is typical euro breakfast of yogurt, croissants and buns with cheese and ham.
Property is old/dated and in need of some maintenance/upgrades.
That said it is very clean.
Central location makes it nosy at night with a couple of nearby bars/clubs playing music until 3am.

Balcony where I can smoke, nice beds and good size room with nice bathroom, fridge ice box, wind air, silent and in the shadows, beach front, walking street where all you need, much people at night, breakfast ok. Nice personel. Good price.

Breakfast was efficient but would have been great to have more fruit as a Vegan option. Location was extremely close to all the wonderful Beaches. The room was large with a great balcony.
The initial welcome was a little unfriendly and not welcoming by front desk staff. The street is restricted to cars and requires a code pass for a barrier from the front desk staff. This could have been communicated in advance more clearly.

Not only were the staff wonderful, but hugely welcoming and helpful, they even prepped a breakfast for our check out at 3am. The facilities were great and the comfortable beds helped us fall asleep quickly for the 4 hours we had available. Location was perfect as it was right on the strip and being on the far end of the hotel it gave us a nice distance from the noise of the clubs.
There was one issue with the toilet, it proceeded to get stuck and constantly let water out into the bowl, but I fixed that easily and it was no bother really.

Very clean and awesome room. Staff are exceptional , free parking, this is the place to stay. Free breakfast that is served to you .Well located restaurants, and bars all around you.
Beach is a beautiful.Short walk. Our room was an ocean view , with a great balcony overlooking the street , and ocean.
Highly recommend staying here.

For us the location was excellent, discreetly situated on the beach front, just a few metres from the stairs to the beach. Also, we were surrounded by many of the amenities of Praia da Rocha, including the lively nightlife, that we loved!
The breakfast was great and included a bit of everything we like: juice, coffee, fruit, yogurt, croissants, bread rolls, ham and cheese. We couldn't finish it!
The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room was clean and had everything we needed.

The directions.
Difficult to find from the directions given.
We were given a pass code, we presumed was for the garage entrance, but it was for the bollard in the pedestrian street outside. So we had to park up and walk to the hotel to get better information.
Never did find the roundabout mentioned as they are not named.
Opposite the police station would have been better landmark as the disco mentioned sign was high up, so we walked past it.

The staff were very welcoming, kind and accommodating. It felt like being in a friendly home. The room was super clean and the breakfast was enjoyable. The hotel is clearly very well managed.
There are things the best management can't control unfortunately. The hotel is on the vibiest strip, which is great if one likes to be in the action & isn't bothered by music. The building interior is outdated and clearly often just patxhed rather than renovated.
