Big room, only good thing to say.
I arrived 10 minutes before the 4 PM check‑in time, which is unusual, and even asked to be notified once the room was ready. I didn’t receive any update until I returned 30 minutes later. Additionally, since pool towels are provided at the front desk, it would be helpful to inform guests during check‑in so they don’t have to go back to reception, especially because towels aren’t available at the pool area. Overall, the room was good, but I didn’t appreciate the staff’s attitude. As a local, it felt like I was treated differently.

I felt like they lied about their location because we literally had it on the map before booking and it said 7 mins walk and when we got there, it started saying 24 mins drive to the afronation location. Beware, they might be adding the wrong address to get people to book and then change it back to the right address.

The staff were friendly and helpful.
The bathroom shower had mold on the ceiling, the bed was uncomfortable and felt like a plastic mattress.
The grounds didn’t seem to be well kept except the golf greens .The hedges around the buildings were overgrown and lots of cigarette butts littered everywhere

Every meal was really good, both in the restaurant and the bar. The room was really good, with a garden view where we can listen to the birds in the morning.
There are some areas that need maintenance.

It rained a lot so it was impossible to try the pool ? but that is something that does not depend on the hotel itself. Just bad luck.

Room and resort were very clean and tidy. Very quiet so a good night's sleep was had.
The breakfast was buffet served from 7 till 10. the food was ok, with a good variety. The hot food wasn't hot at all. I was there at 830am.

Great staff, great location, clean rooms and fantastic breakfast. It our 3rd time there and was yet again usual great experience. Will come back soon.
We have been there many times but this time they had different beds, beds are good but in past they were great. Bring back old red beds those were super comfortable and spacious.
