Friendly staff, good breakfast, nice location, comfortable room.
Our AC/ heat unit spit out flecks of black stuff in the middle of the night which landed on the floor and couch. The shampoo/ body wash was very liquidy making it hard to use.

It’s very dated, not worth the value. Toiletries very basic. Only 5 parking spots available. Overpriced hotel for not much to offer

The location is great, and the hotel has a special, unique style. The room was big and had direct access to the ground outdoor section. Breakfast was nice, lots of variety

Meals were adequate, hours for breakfast and the lack of any amenities during off designated hours was lacking. Unable to even purchase coffee or water during non dedicated breakfast hours.

So if you're an early riser forget about getting anything until 0730. Pretty basic offering in most hotels these days. Feels more like a time share then a high end hotel to me. No dedicated beach offerings, casitas of chairs or such. I was of the impression there was. Parking of 3 spaces makes it tough if you have a car. Staff on the whole were friendly and accommodating.

The hotel does not have parking, the free parking is about 5-10 minutes walk
The buffet dinner in the hotel restaurant was big but not good, the restaurants on the Rocha beach are much better
