The reception was friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable. The pool was nice and clean. There was a balcony, free parking and the location was a 7 minute walk to the beach. Oh yeah, and the breakfast had a lot of selection and was delicious!

Location is close to beach, very good value, good service; breakfast is surprisingly good! Very satisfied, would like to come back again if we can!
Onsite parking is not easy, but can easily park on next street, so not big issue at all

Parking lot has spaces that are difficult to maneuver into. There are not enough spaces either. I scratched my rental car against the thorny bushed trying to park. There is free angle parking by restaurants nearby. I recommend parking there.

Te breakfast was good and the staff was wonderful. They ere extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend booking a deluxe room as the difference is considerable over the standard room.

the men at the desk asked me to wait more than an hour to the technician that didn't arrive after all...
only after massive pressure he agreed to change my room.

Really loved the vibe of the hotel—super pleasant and welcoming. Our room was cleaned every day, which made things feel extra comfy. The breakfast was honestly amazing! We asked for gluten free bread and they happily sorted it for us. No halal options, but there were loads of tasty vegetarian options to pick from.
Only 9 parking spaces are available in-house but plenty of spaces available on the road if didn’t get any.

A variety of food available for breakfast. Good quality coffee. Good location if you don’t want to be right in the centre of Portimao. Easy walk to the beach. We really liked the automatic shutters on the window and were great to block out the morning sunlight.
The key card to the door sometimes did not work. We were told that if the card was next to a mobile phone then it wiped the information but this did not always appear to be the case. Kettle along with selection of teas and coffees arrived midway through our stay. But there was no milk.

Very well located in terms of accessing the beach.
We were rushed at breakfast to leave the table but it was a good breakfast with good options. The reception staff on duty should also be able to recommend local places to eat and not just say walk that way or this way.

Great location. Near the beach on a quiet part of the town. Very helpful staff.
Outside pool was chilly in March but would be great in summer. Bar available with a balcony and seating area around pool for generous breakfast. Nice comfy room. Limited parking on site. Restaurants nearby.
