All apartments feature a balcony with views over the Ocean and the beach. Some units also have a pool view. They have a seating area with sofas and a flat-screen satellite TV. - There are 3 incredibly loud restaurants in the plaza right below the apartment that stayed open until 4 am. The noise kept us awake every night. -The apartment we were given was not like those pictured. It was in a building behind the building on the oceanfront. There was a view but not at all like the photos which made it look we would have a nice oceanfront terrace. -We were promised a 1:00 pm checkin yet the room was not available until 3:30 pm. - The stovetop could barely be used because using more than one burner flipped the circuit breaker. -No soap or sponges provided to clean dishes. - Minimal blankets and pillows provided. - Water heater made weird squeaking noises constantly. -Air conditioning unit only blew hot air.

The room ceiling leaked for the first week with black mold, development on the wall and ceiling in two areas. A bucket was there and we couldn’t get a better room. The staff was very responsive and did their best. The range blew a breaker and they replaced it with a new range. The stove was so old and worn that we couldn’t read any numbers on the dials. The patio doors were very old and difficult to move. The heating worked well. The staff was very friendly.

loved the location and view
the bed, pillows and sofa were unbearably uncomfortable. i mean like really, really bad. also the washing machine did not work. i asked them to look at it and the guy couldn't get it to work, said he would come back, never did. also no instructions on where to go or how to meet the person with the keys were provided, I had to wander around until I asked a person in a restaurant

Excellent value. Prime location. Spacious with two balconies. Good fully equipped kitchen, good wifi and nice shower. Loved the beaches!
Wife wouldn't take off her bikini during the entire stay. She loved the beaches.

It was very loud at night . The furniture was very uncomfortable and dated. There was mold in the AC unit. The shower door was broken and the bed was very uncomfortable. Check in was confusing as well.

There was no proper means of heating only a small unit heater which did not help. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

Some things in the apartment didn’t work or were broken, fuses kept blowing.. couldn’t use the stove, heater and kettle at the same time.. got stuck in elevator for 15 mins.. no maid service at all/no clean towels!

On the top floor with great view of the ocean, two balconies, location was all of walking distance to everything, grocery store on the main floor, free underground parking & a great host
Furniture was a bit dated especially patio furniture on the deck but very functional, stove could use replacing otherwise great place to stay
