We only stayed for a night. The room and bathroom were clean.
Had two issues. We are a party of three. Hot water ran out after the two of us took a shower. Our room was on the ground floor. There was some beeping sound at 5 am and my wife and I couldn't sleep after that.

Well situated. Clean and very roomy apartment. I could not fault this place at all. Staff in reception very nice and helpful.

Good location, secure parking, friendly receptionist.
Didn't use pool but it looked nice.
For the money this was very good value I thought.
The air con in my room had an annoying squeak when running at low fan speed. But overall for the price I had no complaints

Our apartment hotel was lovely, with two bedrooms and balconies and a partial ocean view. You could switch the sunny side to the one that is in shadow, which is nice when you have a meal outside.
Unfortunately, we had some issues - the washing machine was out of order. No iron and hairdryer were found. We also found that no cleaning products were provided, which was inconvenient. It's worth nothing that the reception staff seemed unhelpful, so it's best to ask for everything you need: the parking spot, the pool access etc.

The location is perfect, close to the beach and little market store across the street
Cleaning ladies supper nice and friendly.
Reception staff supper nice and friendly as well.
Water pressure for shower is amazing
Apartment is supper outdated. Bed feels likes is going to fall every time you move. Stove only has 2 working rings and it takes forever to warm up. It makes it really hard to cook. Didn’t even try to oven because it’s old and not worth trying and waiting 3 hours to warm up to the needed temperature.
Nothing to hang your towels or clothes to dry
No dishwasher or washing machine for clothes
Toaster is probably 20 years old.
Too expensive for its quality.

Excellent view from the 26th floor. The studio had everything we needed, and the room was larger than expected. It looked exactly like the pictures. It was a great deal for the money we spent. I wish we had skipped visiting Lisbon and stayed here longer.
I feel the negative reviews previously given were unjustified since they accurately described and pictured the room(s). There were no surprises.
You do have to give a deposit for the pool card and car parking gate opener. The parking is free! They gave the deposit money back immediately upon check out.
The hallways were a bit dim.

The hotel was easy to find and only 40 yards to the Praia da Rocha. It has a nice kitchen. The entire hotel is spotless clean especially the rooms. Two swimming heated pools are also on the property . We stayed there for three nights , we should have stayed six . There are many places to walk for food nearby.good WiFi. Friendly staff ! Disappointing
An inexpensive option at a good location in a popular beach town. The best things about this option is that there is an actual check-in crew that tells you what you need to park and hand you keys, you also avoid having to do the tedious form fill out that takes 15 min of your time before the owner can release access codes or instruction to you. - that is because you can do all this during the check in process.
The fact that there is a kitchen but they expect you to show up with your own dish soap, paper towel, or laundry soap even though the unit has a washing machine. The fact that the skillet they supply is cheap and anything you fry in it will stick and you cannot wash it off because you are supposed to have your own scouring pad or dish cleaning brush!! Yes, it was an inexpensive unit but then they give you so little else.

The location was good, the bed was so bad not comfortable at all I was waking up with back pains everyday. We had to pay for Wi-Fi which was not even working I ended up using my mobile data for the 5 days we staid there. It would be nice if they change the bed or mattress. My self I would not go back there but the environment was good

The location was good.
Dark and as the lighting was very poor and there is not on picture on the walls. The furniture is worn out, the kitchen appliances are long out of date and unreliable. There is no light over the stove therefore cooking is difficult
