Location and beach access were amazing! Loved the boardwalk.
So convenient to walking strip for nightlife.
Close to boat tour marinas (walking distance).
Lovely European style rooms.
Water aerobics was fun.
Pool closes too early.
Gate to boardwalk should stay open past sundown.
Water should be available everyday to guests for free.
Pool should have a daily pool activity.

The view of the beach and ocean from our room was wonderful. Enjoyed our balcony. The grounds and pools were great. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices. Coffee machines made great coffee.
The room was dark and there was not even an iron and ironing board. We had to pay $30euros to use hotel steamer and it was only available after 4 pm.
The access to our room wing by spiral staircase only was annoying. One area on the way to our room hallway, where the carpet covered an uneven floor was very dangerous and could cause trips and falls. We did not like access from our room to breakfast and the spa.
The hotel needs to be renovated. It does not meet up to a 5-star rating.

It was in a fabulous location right on the beach and well situated to shops and restaurants.
The air conditioning was not turned on and it was very hot in the room during the night making it difficult to sleep. Very uncomfortable.

Location of the hotel is excellent being right on the sae front. I think for the money this is a great value hotel. The rooms are a bit dated but they are clean and if you have a beach view then obviously the outlook is great. Staff are excellent and couldn't have been more helpful 10 out of 10 to them.
There wasn't anything that I found disappointing. The rooms are a bit dated but they are clean. Just a note that if you have a south facing room with a sea view you will obviously get quite a bit of noise from the sea but thats to be expected

The free breakfast was amazing with lots of options of food and drinks (including mimosas). The view is great (we got some rain but still beautiful). Free parking was a couple of blocks away but not too bad. Staff was nice and location was great.

Excellent location, pleasant retro vibe. Exceptional restaurant — ate breakfast there everyday and several dinners. Loved the champagne and juice bar at breakfast.
The automatic espresso machines were a bit annoying when it was crowded at breakfast — usually, only one of the three was working/switched on at any given time.

Loved everything about my stay at the property. The reception and bar area are first class with a lovely outside terrace that looks directly out to sea. The breakfast room and breakfast itself was fantastic, the room was spacious with lots of seating and the breakfast had loads of hot and cold variety. The rooms were stylish and spacious and the TV channel choices were excellent showing all the spot, F1 and MotoGP within the room. The shower was absolutely superb, very hot and powerful and was very welcome after a long day out.
There was nothing I did not enjoy about the stay, the hotel and staff were all superb and would certainly stay again if visiting. My only slight error of improvement i would suggest is the WiFi. the Wifi was ok but for such a great hotel this would be the only thing I would look to improve on.

Proximity to the beach.
The warmed sea water pool.
The couch is supposed to be used as beds: it is too hard and not comfortable.
Shower head was not working properly.
Too expensive for the quality of the room.
