The location was very good if a bit of a slope is not a problem (really close to So Bento). The room had all a person could need to spend the night (including a private bathroom with everything you can need and a socket near the bed to charge the phone). Everything was clean and nice. Additionally, it had a desk. The staff was really nice and helpful. You need to climb a bit of (nice, wide an even) stairs to get to the room, but there are photos on the page so I am happy with that, everyone can decide if it's suitable :)
The only window of the room was very high, it can be difficult to open and close the blinds for a not very tall person that cannot just climb into a chair to do it (maybe some longer cords could help with that?)

Excellent location. The town can be visited by walking, no need for the bus or the metro
The size of the room was ok
There was no water in the room (although it was mentioned as being part of the service).
When we asked the receptionist he apologised because they didn't have anymore and told us to go to the market and buy some water.
The breakfast is not good at all.

Location great. Very clean, staff so friendly, good breakfast, easy check in and out. Would go back.

Guest House Triunfo is a short walk from Sao Bento station and serves as a convenient base for exploring Porto and also heading out on day trips to the Douro valley from Sao Bento station. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, including helping us book an early morning taxi to the airport. The room was nicely decorated and cosy to hang out in when resting from a day's sightseeing. All in all we had a lovely stay at Guest House Triunfo.

Nice spacious en-suit room. The porperty was close to train station, restaurants and tourist areas. Loved my stay here and I will definatly book it again for a next visit to Porto
Steep road to walk up to the property with luggage and steep stairs inside the property but I thankfully only travelled with carry on luggage. It is managable though :)
