We had a very nice stay in a bright room with high ceilings and big windows.
The kitchen and work space make it easy to spend time.
Above all, my host Paura was very kind to me and made sure I had no problems.
You are the reason why I fell in love with Portugal!
I can highly recommend this accommodation to everyone!
It's a little noisy as it's on a busy street, but it's very convenient and close to the station.

I like its city center location but it's still very quiet! The kitchen is also well equipped. And the staff are all very friendly.
We traveled with an 11-month-old baby, it would be very helpful if the apartment offered a baby high chair.

The location is wonderful and close into the city center. You are on a main shopping street, but once you are within the appartement you could not hear the street and sounds at all. The space was clean and the air condition worked well. The hostess was very quick to respond once I called them that I arrived and they also helped us with where we could store luggage.
The bed is slightly on the harder side but still very good and enjoyable.

The staff was very, very kind! The apartment is modern, clean with all facilities described in Booking were included, good bathroom products, good location in the center.
The street is a little bit noisy during early night

Location was great close to everything rooms were large and comfortable bed was comfortable very quiet once shutters were closed staff were very friendly and helpful
VERY strong smell of cleaning chemicals when we got there..I have asthma so it could have been a big problem however we were able to open the large windows and air it out before bed so it was fine but would have been a problem if we had a late check in and no time to air out requested no cleaning service while we were there

Very noisy bands people etc outside if windows are open until about 8:30 pm then was quiet
Couches need to be cleaned badly !! Lots of stains!

The apartment had everything you would need during your stay including a fabulous private patio to rest after a day of exploring the city.
Communication with the My Story team was brilliant. They always responded to messages and were more than happy to assist with storing our luggage due to an early arrival and late departure. An absolute credit!
