The apartment is very modern and spacious. It has all necessary facilities. Great shower and comfortable bed, which are the two must haves for me. The apartment was spotlessly clean. There is good air conditioning. All in all, it is a really comfortable apartment to stay in. We found it great for our short city trip to Porto. Also, Luiz was very welcoming and helpful and gave us great tips for things to do in the city and places to eat. He is very prompt in responding to any messages also. I would highly recommend this accommodation.
There is nothing to dislike about the apartment.
Only one thing that I would mention, which is not necessarily a bad thing but perhaps something guests should be aware off, is that if you are walking back from the city centre it is all uphill (as most of Porto is). However, the apartment is a short walk to the Metro station Trindad which is perfect to travel to and from the airport and to other places in the city. I only say this so that future guests are aware of the slopes as you walk up through Porto but it is not a negative on the apartment or the location which is perhaps a 10-15 minute walk to the city centre. Porto is a very hilly city in general.

Very comfortable accommodation. A quiet residential street with meter parking outside, about 30 minutes walk to the river front

Highly recommended location, not far from city center, very kind host with many recommendations for programmes, restaurants. The neighbourhood is very calm, very pleasant after all day city tour. Locality excellent, bakery close, attractions are in 15-20 minutes walking distance.

Our unit was more than we could have expected. Luis was a wonderful host very helpful. Ease of getting around scenic areas of town.
Only thing was the bathroom linens were very low quality.

The host Luis if very nice and helpful. He immediately replies to any questions and was kind to offer us advice about the whole city and places to visit. The apartment is really nice and cozy. it was a big terrace with a view. There is also an elevator which is really good. Bed is really comfy and big.
The only thing which could be improved is the wifi. It was really slow and I think the main problem is that the signal is very weak in that apartment.

Very modern looking and spacious apartment. Multiple appliances provided: toaster, fridge, dish washing machine, etc Cool bathroom.
A little bit more lighting at the bathroom sink window would be great. Maybe a window on the hallway. It is a lot af space that could be used better

Beautiful terrace, great host who welcomed us and gave us lots of info, comfy bed, clean, great location, nice gesture for husbands bday was appreciated, spacious room, close to bakery, great air-conditioning. Definitely recommend!
A few reed diffusers around the place, some antibac spray, and a moisture sucker in the bathroom would be great. If you smell something funky, run the tap for a while as it's probably stagnant water in the pipes which is common in apartments all over the world.
TV was a bit glitchy.

The appartment was exactly what we needed - very clean and only a 10 minute walk to the main tourist part of Porto. It was well equipped and had airconditioning in every room. There was a cute little cafe on the corner of the street where we had coffee and pastries each morning. Luis was easy to communicate with and made check-in/check-out very easy. We would definitely stay again.
The pillows were a little lumpy but other than that it was a perfect stay
