Very nice apartment, well appointed, very clean and comfortable.
Finding the apartment with a car was a nightmare. I finally found a place to park and walked the narrow streets to find it. When I did, the key was not in the door of our ground floor unit as it was supposed to be. I contacted our host, and I was told to check the upper floor units. There were keys in the 2nd unit up and none in the 3rd unit up. I contacted the host about the keys in the 2nd unit and was told it was rented already for 3 nights, and we couldn't use it. I asked how we were supposed to get keys for our ground floor unit. She then decided that the 2nd floor customers took our ground floor unit and was told we would need to take the 2nd unit. I then left to get the car as I had figured out which narrow street to turn on with our luggage. When I got back to the unit, the door code to get in didn't work as it did the first time, and we were locked out. I contacted the host again, and she couldn't understand why it wouldn't work and resent the same code. She then concluded that the clients in the ground floor unit locked the exterior door with their key, and I needed to use my key that was still in the door in unit 2. She had to contact the unit 1 clients to come back to let us in. We then told them that they were in our unit and they agreed to move to unit 2. In all, it took 2 hours to get into the apartment, all via numerous messages on WhatsApp. It would have been much easier if the host had come to the apartment in person and straightened out the mess.

The apt was beautiful! The location could not have been better, easy to find and just a little off of the very busy beach streetenough to feel quiet but close to everything. A mini market very close, rrstaurants and bskery a quick walk and walk to the finicukar

The location is great and the proximity to the beach is very close… The apartment is charming, but we were on the main floor and had to close all of the curtains and windows for privacy… A lot of of the fixtures need a bit of upgrading, especially the floor, which is buckling in areas The overall feel of this apartment is a bit damp even the bed felt damp?
I know it’s the beach.! it wasn’t a bad place to stay for the price

Location of the stay was metres away from the beach and restaurants. Kitchen with essentials such as kettle and coffee maker. Comfortable bed in a separate room
Limited off street parking due to festivals. Unfortunately the. Toilet seat was broken and floor still had sand.

Perfect location. Communication with the host was easy and effective. Apartment has everything you need for the short stay - well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, sufficient bathroom.
We had room 3 on the top floor and it was a bit difficult to walk up narrow stairs with heavy luggage.

We absolutely loved our stay at Home Seeet Praia! Our host was very responsive, thoughtful and flexible when our travel plans changed.
Location was perfect, a few meters from the beach on a quiet street. 12 min walk to the bus station.
The home was clean, comfortable and very tastefully decorated, with everything we need for a comfortable stay and light cooking!

The property was extremely cleaned and well appointed. Communication from Ema, the owner, was excellent. Within yards of the beach, and highly recommend the little Vicentes restaurant up the hill. Overall, a fantastic stay.

Great place. Comfortable and lots of room. Very clean.
Parking was a hassle. Free parking available but it was 10-15 minutes walk away from the apartment. Difficult walking up stairs with heavy luggage. Minimal lighting on the stairs at night
