Very Good
Only stayed one night on route in a longer trip, but the room was pretty good for value. Close to the beach (important in summer, I stayed in winter though), lots of on-site parking around, and close to many restaurants and markets.
Everything was pretty much OK.

It was a big room.
It wasn’t clean, hair from other people everywhere. It was cold, no option to heat the room. People on the reception weren’t helpful. The wifi wasn’t working in my room because of poor connection. It was smelling after smoke.

Great location. Bed was comfortable.
It was a little cold in the evening and I couldn’t figure out how to adjust temperature. Tray for soap and shampoo in shower would be helpful.

The accommodation was clean and fairly quiet, the staff were very helpful, and the paid public parking right downstairs was a huge convenience. Overall, it was good value for the price.
Both the instructions provided and Google Maps show an incorrect location. Although it is quite near the actual place, the inaccuracy can make it a little tricky to find. There was no remote control for the air conditioning unit, so the unit itself is covered in fingerprints from being adjusted manually. No lift.

The location. The bathroom was clean and comfortable.
The room did not have ac. On the other hand, when we used central heating in order to absorb humidity, it did not work. The sheets were weather because of the weather and the proximity to the ocean.

The room itself was great and in a great location. Could use a couple updates but overall good value.
Poor communication from host, we were unclear how to check in as the office was closed and we were left standing out front the facility at night, with none of the phone numbers listed being in service. This tainted our experience.

Mold on the cement backer board walls in the bathroom; awkward designs in bathroom including partial glass wall; no view-overlooked parking lot; relatively late checkin compared to other hotels. No staff around to drop bags early until room ready

Wonderful
John and Debbie in the front office are exceptional. They provided wonderful information about restaurants, parking, were very accommodating and helpful (e.g. carried my luggage upstairs). In general just good people at heart. I very much like the location of the hotel as it is quieter being one block away from beach and main street. There is a fantastic local cafe for coffee and pastries, just 2 minutes walkung and the mercado is 3 minutes away. I will definitely be staying there again ❤️??❤️

Nice and clean
We had a problem, we were sleeping at night about 12:30, when our door open, he was a guest, so they gave him our room too. Nobody was there next morning to apologize or something .

The hotel is 5min walking distance from the bus station and the beach. Stuff was helpful.
There is no lift. We had WiFi only on the reception desk it didn’t work in the room. The worse was toilet. 1 m from the bed without the door, just with glass wall . I would recommend to change the bed position and put it on the tv place.
