The property was beautiful! Loved the courtyard seating and the quiet location not too far from center of town at all. The staff was a delight through and through.
Room was gorgeous! Decor was on point was soft blues and pretty wallpaper. So much storage in the room as well! Bathroom was nice and large, and bed was comfy. Great room overall!
The stairs up to the property were expected but wish there had been someone there to help with luggage after a long flight.

Beautiful hotel in old convent with stunning private courtyard garden - charming !
I liked it all though for those with mobility issues, there are 51 steps to get to reception- once there a porter will collect your bags.

The property is accessed by three flights of outside steep stone steps. This is not mentioned in the listing.
The location is a bit out of town for tourism.

Beautiful historic convent, peaceful, quiet, upscale (for Lisbon) neighborhood (with foreign embassies) away from tourist hordes. You always get a welcome smile from the front desk staff. There is a porter to help with your luggage up the short flight of steps in front entrance if you cannot manage. We had small wheelies so we had no problems.
You do have to walk to central sights every day as you are not in the historic center but that is a reasonable trade off for avoiding the odors and noise of the busy hectic zones.

The room was spacious with interesting details. The courtyard is absolutely charming! Sat out there for breakfast everyday and in the evening after returning from dinner!
It is up a couple of flights of stairs with no elevator. By the end of the trip, those stairs didn’t t bother us.

Gorgeous, quirky, comfortable, clean, friendly, great breakfast and fantastic location.
It was a surprise to find out that there are many stairs up to the hotel. I was fine with it but it’s no good for people with mobility issues.

The property was very beautiful as well as historic. The staff was outstanding and very helpful with luggage. Really very sweet helpful and friendly. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting a special unique experience in Lisbon. We only had one night there and wished we had more to explore the property.

The location was very close to transit/restaurants/nightlife but it was far enough away to get out of the hustle and bustle. The staff were all helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The property is charming and the courtyard is a great place for a coffee or reading.
I liked the stairs and entrance into the facility but if you have mobility issues then that might be an issue.
