Centrally located and close to the metro station. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. There was also a lot of activities organized by the hostel to help travelers interact with each other
The reception if I remember correctly is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator however Lisbon is all hills and steps. So this will be your first introduction to what is to come!

Recomended for solo traveling: lots of activities and lots of nice people. Keep in mind that the activities cost money (I payed 12 for a tapas night and 12 for a pub crawl and didn't regret it) to pay cash at checkout.

The only good thing was the central location, nice area nearby
Rooms and reception are on the 5th floor with steep staircase, no lift! Absolutely not suitable for older people! This should be specifed everywhere before you book! Even when you are healthy, you think twice before going to rest to the hotel mid day or if you want to quickly go to the room. I am ok with simple breakfast, but this was not worth the money: you need to climb more stairs to tiny common area and after 20 mins of waiting: scrambled eggs, white toast with cheap cheese and ham and artifical juice.. better eat outside in a nearby coffee. showers and bahtrooms very old and small, sink not drained.. overall the price doesnt match the

The best hostel Ive stayed in. Lovely staff who made you feel so welcome and great hostel activities so it was easy to meet other travellers. Facilities and location also excellent. Would highly recommend!

Staff and facilities are lovely. Staff do a good job including everyone and helping with suggestions. Rooms/baths are very clean.
Surge pricing is frustrating. Rooms are nice but increasing in price 70% over a week seems high. 92 steps up to office/rooms get old fast. Need fans in rooms during summer.
