The decor was weirdly interesting. The staff was great. The beds were delightful. Location was very convenient.
The bathroom facilities were odd. Glass enclosed / part of the room. Ok for a single traveler but slightly strange for Americans who are used to more privacy.

staff was very friendly. breakfast was very good. eggs, meats, breads, pastries, fruits, cereals. all the basics.
the design is very quirky. the theme is a water closet, and may be off putting to some people. i am not sure i always liked it.

Absolutely central location and good staff
The layout of the rooms are very weird with the bathroom facing the beds and no separators between them. If someone is using the washroom the sound comes to someone who is sleeping on the bed

We had a very comfortable and wonderful stay. The room was very clean, big and comfortable. The bathroom theme was definitely fun and meant that everything smelt and felt luxurious. Friendly staff.
It isnt at the heart of touristy area but we already knew that when we booked. But this was fine for us as we had been to Lisbon before (this was our way stay on the way back from Algarve) and its well connected by public transport.

We really loved the place. Its centrally located right on the main street. Theres a metro just in front of the hotel. Its a good 10-15 minute walk to city center. Theres grocery stores and restos/cafes down the street. Accessible to everything.
The A/C works really good. Place was very clean and shower head has good water pressure. Theres sufficient places to put stuff and luggages. Easy check-in. Its a busy street outside but we Never had an issue with the noise. Staff are so friendly and warm. It was a good stay. I highly recommend the place! Towels/beddings/bed were soft, clean and comfortable. The place was safe even at night. Theres a north american plug-in available if you dont have the EU adapter. The room was well-equipped. Soap/shampoo/conditioner and handsoap/ lotion all were provided.

Our fault couldn't always do the lights and the curtains no where to find instructions in room..but that's not anything I didn't like
The 5th floor when out of lift the floor it was ripped bit dangerous

The hotel is beautiful with a very funny concept. The breakfast is good, simple. The rooms are very clean, the bed is very comfortable. The staff is the highlight for us, as they were so welcoming and friendly

Clean and modern hotel. Handy for the metro. Bars and restaurants nearby.
Room was small considering the price and pillows weren't great. No information provided about the city when we checked e.g. no maps, no recommendations etc. No information given about the hotel facilities e.g. there was a "terrace" floor but what this was wasn't explained, there was water in the room and items in the fridge but no price list etc.
