Location in Lisbon
Very noisy bedroom because of trains station very close and very bad windows isolation making it very difficult to sleep and rest at night. Nothing to do with a 5 star hotel. Very old furniture, really overused. AC so noisy that you can't turn it on during the night making the room extremely hot, again, very hard to sleep with these conditions.
I do not recommend and will will not stay there again.

They did not help about first day of my reservation.
After that i needed to extend my reservation extra 3 days, first they said 528€ for 3nights but pay tomorrow, and tomorrow they charged 600€!
They like money money too much! No customer help or happiness!

Clean, big room, comfy. Staff were pleasant. Rooms got cleaned everyday and were fresh. Shower was big.
Nothing, loved my stay. Maybe the lifts take a while but understandable.

Location
Very dirty and rooms are very old and dirty. On the day we checked in there was a piece of chewing gum stuck to the bathroom floor. We complained yet it was still there the next day even after they cleaned. They only removed it 2 days later after I called them twice to get it cleaned.
On top of that the shower barely had water pressure and the temperature knob didn’t work properly, switching erratically from hot to cold.

Very good value for a 5 star hotel. Good spa facility but see below.
Pleasant location, away from centre and tourist areas but easily reached by nearby metro. Airport also close.
My room had a fridge but it was not working. When I called about this I was told that none of the fridges in the rooms worked as there was no mini-bar. When I asked what then was the point of having fridges in the rooms, I was told that was a good question! No word of a lie.
The reception was extremely reluctant to book a local restaurant for me.
There are a lot of small things that should and could be better in the spa. A pity as the facility is impressive.
These experiences were unnecessary.
