Air con didn’t work in our first room. After they tried to fix it we were eventually moved to another room but the air con still wasn’t great was very warm. Shower temperature was also very temperamental.

Needed a fan in the room to provide direct air circulation
The bathroom has windows into the room, so at night the room is lit up when someone enters the toilet

Lovely staff on reception. Bar was nice, good food too.
Room was clean, spacious, comfy beds, a lovely space and well appointed.
For a central lisbon hotel really good value especially with breakfast.
Gym was basic but clean and fine for 1 night.
Nice place though would recommend for a short stay.
Shower disappointing, ran hot and cold and temperature knob kept falling off. coffee machine in room wouldn't work.
Coffe at breakfast was awful!
Gym equipment didnt all work.

Great location, close to Sporting Lisbon, good price and value for money, staff all very friendly and helpful, good breakfast and enjoyed a massage (which had to be paid for) at the spa as well as use of the sauna and steam room (free, but you just had to book a slot in advance for h&s). Lobby was great space to relax and grab a drink.
Room was absolutely fine for what we needed, albeit slightly tired looking, wouldn't describe it as 5 star but still felt it was very good value for money given the price paid. Hotel is on flight path - I knew that and it didn't bother me, but you can hear the planes and I didn't really pay attention to it - no issues for us, but it will bother you don't book a hotel close to the airport.

You had to request for iron or European plugs and not enough bathrobes in the private suite. So, I had to kept on calling reception.

The rooms were exceptionally well-appointed, offering a high level of comfort, cleanliness, and thoughtful design that greatly enhanced the overall stay.
The TV did not include access to YouTube, which is disappointing and not in line with the expectations of a five-star hotel. In today’s standard of luxury accommodation, guests anticipate a full range of modern entertainment options, and this omission significantly impacted the overall experience.

I had a really bad experience with this hotel and the staff.
I needed the hotel and staff’s help to deal with a reservation change. I called and politely asked for help. The staff was rude, mistreated me, and told me to send an email (I had already sent it). Tried explaining it and was rushed by a different staff member who once again was rude and hang up the phone on me. Beyond disappointing to see a 5 star hotel treat customers this way.
