Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean and big, bed sheets were amazing
Empty mini bar, room has seen better days, spa center only offer steam room and sauna, bathrobes provided are all M size, i could not put mine on. I honestly do not understand how is this considered 5 star hotel

Decor, location to the stadium was excellent, cleanliness and friendly knowledgeable staff.
The bed wasn’t very comfortable we both felt the springs it felt more like a cot mattress than a proper mattress. The sink in the bathroom although gorgeous was very impractical to was your face. The faucet stuck out to far and maneuvering around that and the size of the sink was difficult.

Location of this hotel is perfect! It was beautiful, clean, well maintained.
Lack of storage space. No shelves for clothes and very little hangers. No area to place folded clothes.

The workers at the bar was really nice friendly and respectful, just that makes you feel comfortable to return. The food snack that we order was top a 10 out of 10. I also order a cake and sparkling wine for a friends birthday to be in the room on arrival and all was taking care of.
There could’ve been more coffee in the room(just saying) asked for 2 more and had to pay for it. I was t a big fan of the shower position, I hate when water goes all over the floor outside the shower.

The staff was great. The food was very good.
The standard rooms were not made for 2 people with luggage. The shower valves were almost uncontrollable. Freeze one minute and boil the next.

It’s central and has access to all the transportation facilities in town.
There’s plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around and you get a different vibe of Lisbon and the neighborhood “Avenidas Novas”.
All of it was such a big disappointment! As other guests have said, there are problems that management needs to deal with, especially in the rooms. The furniture is scratched and worn out. The floor is scratched too. There are no bedside tables or sockets next to the bed. The Wi-Fi keeps cutting out. The toilet door shakes when the air conditioning is on. The air conditioning doesn't show any numbers or temperatures, so it's hard to get it right.
There’s stains everywhere specifically on the mattress and pillows.
The same is true for the lift that goes to the pool. It shakes so much that the staff have to give the same safety explanation every time you get on it.
A 5-star hotel should not have these issues! Why is there such a lack of maintenance on things that are so simple to fix? A carpenter or painter could fix these issues very quickly. The prices charged for these services are ridiculous.
This has a maximum rating of three stars.
They even charge extra for basic hotel services: a frappé with ice costs €5!
It takes at least four hours for housekeeping to clean a room, and we waited in the hotel lobby for them to finish.
The breakfast is untidy and the staff are slow to clean the tables. This means that people either have to leave or sit at dirty tables. I thought I would get a full breakfast with lots of different food, but the breakfast was small and there weren't many options. On the second day, we had had enough.
The hotel was very busy and the reception area was always full of people sitting on the sofas waiting for their check-in.

better signage to drive up to the property. google gave us directions on a horrible road ,. had there been better signage , that last bit of the drive could have been avoided.

Wonderful
The location is great center city but not in the tourist areas. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. Staff was kind and there was a parking place available in the hotel.
In the room beside the bed, there were not enough electricity sockets to charge the phones.
