Staff very helpful. bed super comfy and no nosies from other rooms. Bar food very good.
2 free coffee capsules per day would have been nice. Seems a bit scabby to have to pay for them. also the sugar wasn't replaced .

Nothing.
Worst gym I've seen in a 5 star resort, probably haven't been updated since the 90s.
No iron or ironing board available throughout the hotel. In a 5 star business hotel that is insane.
2 extremely slow elevators that barely works caused a lot of frustration especially during busy hours.
Room was tiny with uncomfortable beds.
Breakfast is just ok, same with overall service.
Do yourself a favour and never book this hotel.

- Nice spa that you can use free of charge
- Big comfy bed
- Discount on parking if staying at the hotel
- Room was a bit old and the wood in places was scratched
- TV wouldn’t connect to WIFI
- we did request a room on a higher floor but did not receive this
