The breakfast was not as expected, one of hotel staff when we arrived was very rude and unpleasant he enssisted that I have to upgrade my room to put a cot bed in the bedroom when there was no cot bed available wich he knew. I repeatedly told him that my daughter can't sleep by herself. This hotel is getting worse every time is not worth tbe money and is not even fit for a 5 star hotel.
The manners of tbe staff that on the check in, bedroom plugs only work 2, housekeeping did not clean the room properly and even left dirty plates in the room and when I asked she said that room service is the one that have to collect the dirty plates, the improvised bed that was put in the bedroom for may daughter to sleep.

The room looks cool and morden.Gym is good
Room air conditioner temperature is higher than outside air temperature. Spa is cold water swimming pool is not open Bath water is either extremely hot or cold water, even.with the same temperature settings the water temperature fluctuate a lot. The above are the biggest issues. Lots of small issues as well Again the room looks good but lot's of things doesn't work as you expected. We told those issues to the staff and they said everything is good and works perfectly.

Breakfast was excellent, well set out and friendly. Reception area was amazing
Air con in rooms could have been better. On a hot city break you want your rooms to be a haven of comfort to recharge your batteries and it took a bit too long to get the ambient temperature correct; also quite noisy

Location convenient for metro. Friendly, helpful staff.
Swimming pool - closed due to a storm 2 months ago but I only found out when I asked about opening hours. No reply to my email asking about alternative options (on arrival I asked & was told I could swim at the sister hotel, so why couldn’t I have been told this when I asked before arrival?). Bedroom - very dark, no plug sockets at side of bed. Bathroom - minimal toiletries eg no cotton wool pads, hairdryer heavy & ineffective, shampoo & shower gel pump didn’t work so I had to take it apart, remove from holder on wall to get product out.

Not much - very scruffy hotel - really don’t know how this could be classed as a 5* hotel - room facilities poor other than location close to Campo Pequeno it has nothing going for it - would definitely not stay again! Breakfast was surprisingly good.
Everything! The only good points were the bar and room service staff who were very helpful. No kettle in room - asked for one when we checked in and was told one would be delivered to room which never materialised.
