The location was close the Entrecampos train station. Really convenient for our day-trip to Sintra. Was near bus stops and the yellow line. Was near the Campo Pequeno shopping center with useful shops.
The staff was helpful, kind and polite.
The rooms were, in some ways, clean.
You can tell, as you enter the hotel, that it isn’t worth five stars. Everything is damaged for some reason. In fact, the furniture is made from cheap materials which breaks fast. It is heavily worn down. Even some windows were cracked and shattered. This made the hotel look so cheap or not well taken care of. The hotel staff made us choose from the rooms available since we didn’t not accept the state of our first one. We quickly realized that all rooms have damaged furniture, stained lamps, dirty walls, scratched floors or mold besides the windows or water damages. As we realized that, we accepted our fate and took the less damaged one. Everything in the rooms made us think that they were selected to reduce cost with the bare minimum in mind to get the 5 stars rating. Safe to say we have been to better 3 and 4 stars hotels. It desperately needs renovation.

Spacious, great breakfast selection
One night we came back after 6pm and the cleaners were just in our room. We had to leave and stay in the lobby for 10 minutes.

The breakfast is excellent except for the coffee which was not so good. The breakfast provided a variety of cold and hot meals, try the fried vegetables they was excellent,
There are some disturbance from the local traffic and the planes taking off from the airport depending which wind direction the airport haves but they not fly over the city in the late evening.

Clean, great looks and amenities. Great location. Extremely helpful and pleasant staff. A ton of value in this hotel given the price point. I highly recommend for families in need of two bedrooms.
