the sauna is new and very good: 93 degrees. Hotel is close to the airport.
Regarding SPA: Sauna closes at 7:30 pm - didn't know that so only had one quick one, showers inside are quite cold, no towels provided inside the spa, swimming pool was closed due to the season - didn't know that either. Regarding the room: impossible to manage the heat of the showers - either too cold or too hot. sounds trivial but expected at least some basic functionality

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the treatment I received. I reported several problems with the bathroom in the room... the sink was clogging, the toilet seat was broken, the only soap dispenser in the shower wasn't working. I reported it to reception and they said they would fix it. After 2 days I called again, and now, a week later, I'm leaving and everything is still the same. What can I say? Sometimes 5 stars aren't just for the spa or pool, but they should be for the attention given to guests. Unfortunately, that's not the case in my case. It's a shame, the hotel is also beautiful. PS: For the coffee capsules, I should have called a customer service team, but I don't even know where!

Decor, location to the stadium was excellent, cleanliness and friendly knowledgeable staff.
The bed wasn’t very comfortable we both felt the springs it felt more like a cot mattress than a proper mattress. The sink in the bathroom although gorgeous was very impractical to was your face. The faucet stuck out to far and maneuvering around that and the size of the sink was difficult.

All places very clean and good vibes.
Only 1 water bottle in the room, for 2 persons. Bath shower very small. They have bigger bath showers in other rooms.

The bed was confortable. It is located in a very central location and has all the conveniencies around it.
The room was not very spacious. There were 2 days that i needed to work remotely (and also my partner) and did not find it suitable for 2 persons working simultaneously in the room because of the small space. The bathroom has had its days... the shower was not very confortable and let the water spill outside the bathtub. The spa was partially still in construction and did not offer any place to cool off with a cold shower except for the changing room.
