The hotel was reasonably comfortable.
The staff at the front desk wouldn't let us check in early, which is fine if the hotel is full. But they wouldn't even let us check in 10mins early, which is the difference between an okay hotel and a Good hotel. They also only offered coffee pods for one day of the stay, which is pretty basic. Again it's the little things that really elevate the stay.
But the worst part of our stay was on Saturday when on three different occasions someone came to our room and knocked on the door without us calling reception. First time they said we called, second time they said we called for our hair dryer not working, third time they came with an ironing board. All times we did not request anything.

Breakfast was amazing, the room was clean but you could see it was getting old nothing that bothered us honestly, people commenting that they don't have time to go to the gym and spa before check out is not true.
